Dear Wojciech, returning from my trip in Poland, I would like to sincerely thank you for the work you have done to make the UCI Track Cycling World Championships happen on due time.

Due to the strong involvement of your team, beautiful Worlds were organised, it was a great success from a sport point of view. Teams particularly loved to ride on this fast track.

I would like to take the opportunity to congratulate you for contributing greatly to the development of track cycling in your country and indeed around the world.
