Men’s Sprint: Semi-finalists known 2009-03-28 French Gregory Bauge and Kevin Sireau, Australian Shane Perkins and Malaysian Azizulhasni Awang qualified for the Men’s Sprint semifinals, during the 2009 UCI Cycling Track World Championships in Pruszkow.

As many as three French riders will take part in the quarterfinals, and the same number of British will fight for the final.

Omnium: Whitten still in the lead 2009-03-28 After the third event of Women’s Omnium, the Individual Pursuit, Canadian Tara Whitten is still the classification leader.

Men’s Sprint: 1/16 finals 2009-03-28 In the 1/16 finals of the Men’s Sprint, 12 contenders qualified for the 1/8 finals.

Omnium: Whitten leads 2009-03-28 Tara Whitten was first in the second event of the Women’s Omnium, and, after two events, she’s the leader of the Women’s Omnium classification.
